In short you create a form consisting of a file field:
class UploadFileForm(forms.Form):
title = forms.CharField(max_length=50)
file = forms.FileField()
then write a view function to
request.FILES
If this is what you mean, I think this is kind of django 101, i'd
recommend having a solid read through the docs which cover all these
kind of bases really well.
