When i list by subjets i see:

I had the same problem, you should try what Lucía said, if that
doesn't work you can make a search and replace with any editor like
this:
á -- aacute;
é -- eacute;
í -- iacute;
ó -- oacute;
ú -- uacute;
ñ -- ntilde;

maybe you must convert your file from iso to utf8...
Try this:
iconv -f iso-8859-1 -t utf-8 entrada-iso.html -o salida-utf.html
or in vi editor while you're editing:
:set fileencoding=utf-8
