Edward, The thinking is those from the US mailing to just “Mongolia” get routed through Russia and many don’t make it to their intended recipient.  Sending it to “Mongolia via Japan” seems to be a safer route.  I personally have had success via Japan!   Bernie   Bernie McClenny, W3U
