Claude has pretty clear directions on QRZ.com. Mail theft is a good likelihood.
I use the following rules to "stealth" mail to some DX.
- #9 SAE return inside # 10 mailer.
- Business return address on the mailer (make one up)
- No Calls anywhere on the mailer
- No "special" stamps. Simpl
Pretty good for a "one man show"
Chuck Brady N4BQW, fresh from 3Y0C, showed some slides in Cape Town.
He'd made over 20 000 contacts, despite spending much time fixing
broken antennas.

International mail from Canada is $1.49 CDN.
There is no paper Canadian money in circulation under $5.00. $1 and $2 are
coins here.
$1.00 US is not sufficient as that currently 1 US dollar sell for $1.10 CDN
at the bank.
So the best bet from Canada is 1 new type IRC (can be exchanged for
