With one maximized window below an unmaximized window, clicking on the
Unity panel (with the maximized window focused) does not raise the
maximized window. This happens with both focus-follows-mouse and focus-
follows-click, although the latter is harder to trigger with normal

Just got hit by this, 13.10 fully updated. Guest session has been
recently used by family members, though has also been used before too
and haven't seen this before.
There is nothing strange in /etc/passwd afaik and this "user" is not
visible in User settings.

1- Click middle button on firefox in launcher repeatedly
2- Notice Firefox wind
@laney: you can configure it in ccsm but apparently that's not need,
super-L should work out of the box for locking.
We need to patch the gnome-screensaver api users though I guess (at
least indicator-session and unity-settings-daemon)

Thanks for the work you guys put on this. I'm not part of the release
team but from an Ubuntu Desktop/Unity perspective that transition seems
risky just before the LTS.
The new version does change quite some APIs, when I looked at it those
