Upon more testing I figured out that the route ADD 210.x.x.x MASK
255.255.255.255 192.168.1.1 line adds the route to my local network.
Problem still remains though, I am unable to browse the web or connect to
10.10.7.1 (Green IP) when connected. I can access web gui from RED on
another machine
I receive data at 1544 kbps from my satellite vendor.
I transmit data at 384 kbps to my satellite vendor.
On the traffic shaping. Is this correct?
Downlink speed (kbit/sec): 1544
Uplink speed (kbit/sec): 384

You can do it that way, sure. But you will have to change
the ip address range on either the router’s lan, or the
inside lan (all your computers). They cant be the same
range.
Prolly be easier to change the router...
