[Elecraft] No Speaker Audio / K3

Hello, I have a K3 that just recently lost speaker audio. No audio from the external amplified speakers I’ve been using, and nothing from the built-in K3 speaker when the external speakers are unplugged. Headphone audio is working fine. Any suggestions before contacting support? Thanks! Jeff,
