Can anyone suggest someone that can repair an HP8568? Down to the component
level. I already had Agilent and a few other labs gladly charge me for an
evaluation to come back and say "assembly NLA" or no-longer-available. I
could use a good reference of an individual or company that can actually

Essentially, an arc is sustainable and a spark is not. A spark is the onset
of an arc. Whether it becomes sustainable or not, has to do with the supply
of charges and electric field potential.
An arc, once formed, becomes very low in resistance and impedance akin to a
metal conductor. The forming
Ferrites on both tx and rx cables. Also, don't forget the pads at the
antennas as they reduce sw. I had to use both the ferrites and 6 dB pads to
eliminate swings, which were obviously not due to site geometry but cabling
issues. The back edge of the OATS on the transmit side can also affect your

The IS-95 implementation of CDMA was designed to improve call handling density
by a factor of 10 or so over AMPS. I am not aware of any older versions of
CDMA. D-AMPS (IS-54) was a TDMA variant. The Qualcomm CDMA performance testing

"handheld device" is how you described it. As such, it cannot be a mobile
device by definition and must be classified as portable. As a handheld
device you cannot require 20cm separation distance. It must be tested as
portable and RF exposure compliance will most likely require SAR testing.

I'm not sure if the official EU language of Cyprus includes Turkish just yet
as that is the main dispute between EC and Turkey. The Turkish occupied
territory of Cyprus, which is not included in the EC decision, is the part
where Turkish is spoken. In the un-occupied part, Cyprus, Greek is spoken.
Both dV/dt and di/dt can have higher values at the lower voltages. This is
one of the peculiar phenomenae of ESD.

I can probably shed some light into this subject as I am the original
