In this Nodoka theme proposal, I just have Metacity and GTK+ components so far.
The Metacity component is a revision of Martin Sourada's Nodoka Metacity. The
GTK+ component is an original (based originally on Aqualooks gtkrc) that
utilizes the Murrine theme engine, and is meant to go with Echo
