George, First, are these all present with RX1. Your first comment mentions RX2. I don't use the rear CW jack. I have produced some good CW with a cap across key cable, but only use straight keys, bugs, etc. Paddles would require a cap across each line to ground. 1 microfarad is a good starting

John, Try increasing your buffer in the Audio Tab.. And make sure that the FireWire settings are set to Safe Mode 1,2,or 3 and that the buffer is set to either 1024 or 2048.. Reloading the FireWire driver for any reason will reset to "Normal" Also check your DSP buffers in the DSP Tap,
