It seems if I run the *same* aclocal binary from the command line,
pkg.m4 is expanded in aclocal.m4 inside WRKSRC.
Include paths get mixed up by the build -- it will always look in
/usr/local/include first, this is explicit, and it incorrectly sees the
Shockwave Flash includes.

tcpdump.org connectivity.
