Greetings,
I was just about to upgrade a machine from 3.4-R to 3.5-Stable. While
performing a cvs up of ports and stable source the machine took a dump
and rebooted. I noticed the above message while the kernel was loading.
Does anyone know what, 'bad BIOS service directory!" means?
Thank
Greetings,
I am wondering where I can look at /usr/src and find out what version of
the src I have (4.1.1-STABLE 4.2-BETA, 4.2-RELEASE) etc.
Thanks.

Hello,
I seem to have lost all audio support since I updated my 4.1.1-Stable on
October 22. When I try to use audio I get various errors on the console,
'channel dead' for instance. I just thought I would post and see if
audio is back online again. If so, I would like to cvsup to stable
again
