I guess I wasn't clear in my question. I had wondered in what manner I
would input the codes since it wasn't going to be by voice or text. I have
since figured it out and actually done it. That is, I not only printed out
the 10 codes but now have used a couple.

You don't indicate anything. They are single codes that one simply keeps
safe in case one is unable to get codes by the primary method.
There are only 10 and once those are used, one must generate new ones.
An example was to print them and take them with when traveling.
