DateTimeFormat takes always DateTimeConstants.standaloneMonths() for
formatting months this produce wrong date format in languages where
DateTimeConstants.standaloneMonths()!=DateTimeConstants.months()
Form example in polish locale ("pl")
String s = DateTimeFormat.getLongDateFormat()
