I've noticed there is some trailing whitespace in /etc/guix/acl ... some
of it comes from the keys in etc/substitutes/ci.guix.gnu.org.pub ... but
some of it comes from whatever code assembles /etc/guix/acl (or rather,
whatever the symlink points to in /gnu/store).

WDYT of a `guix remove` flag that is like sed -i that removes the package from
the module it is in?
It is like `sed -i` but works on guix packages/sexps themselves.
For example, I as the user would be able to do the following
`guix remove -i chezmoi` and it would remove the chezmoi package
