I want to stain for inos, Dectin-1 and Hem OX-1 on formalin fixed paraffins
sections. I was told by some one these antibodies only work on frozen sections
and not on paraffin sections, but I see all these antibodies datasheet say it
work on paraffin sections as well.

I tried FITC cd31 on mouse liver frozen section with tumors it worked really
well.

Hi All,
I have a problem with immunohistochmesitry. I am have raised my own antibody
and it is not commercially available. This monoclonal antibody works fine
for western blot. When it come to immunohistochemistry on mice liver frozen
section, it is binding every where. I can see staining in my
