You need to read your firewall docs and set up a pass-through binding & permissions on the proper ports so the dedicated server binary can be "seen" from the internet. you could do what i have seen UK2 do in the past is to have extra graphics displayed around the maps. dont know how they did this but they UK2 logo would be visible as well as some ads for their bb services etc... this could be used to get ur ads onto the server and have rules posted at spawn sites

The banner during the loading stage, however, basically has a captive audience and as someone mentioned serves at least one very good purpose in their eyes. And I'm sure that same, or a very similar, opinion is shared by many admins. The loading screen sure would be a great place for the MOTD to ap
