I found temporal solution: hugin_executor -s _projektas_.pto
This produces verbose output in a console (but no log file).
Batch Processor during stitching also shows verbose log in a window, but in to
log file is saved not verbose output (on stitching success or fail). Seems that
on stitching
Sorry, I have no further ideas.
It is strange, if nona and enblend run from the terminal, it should also run
when running from Hugin itself. But from the log it appears the programs are
not correctly called from the GUI (using wxExecute from wxWidgets). The verbose
output is also what I get with
