With all of the talk of Python I figured I would give it a try. So I
downloaded the newer version of python and hugin 2013 with python. I
installed both and restarted my computer. The Python GUI works, but when I
try to start hugin I get a pop up
hugin.exe - System Error
The Program
I am starting to do enough stitching that I am considering getting a
computer just for stitching and running hugin. What stats should I be
looking for to have a smooth fast experience? Any suggestions or thoughts
are welcome.

The question is:
Make sure you are installing Python 3.2 and that its architecture, 32-bit
or 64-bit, matches the architecture of your Hugin build.

Hmm, I'm gonna try also in my next video stabilization need.
Until now what I liked most was Virtualdub and it works perfectly under
Linux using wine. I found better results than transcode/vstab in my videos.

Let me expand on this. Is there a rule of thumb for how much RAM is needed
to stitch a pano of a given size?
