David, if it's Bookie then B2H gets you HTML which should get you close. Having inspected the HTML emitted a number of times over the years I don't think it very modern or nice. But it could be worked with - and I'd be willing to try. Sadly, as I said before, Redbooks don't use Bookie anymore.
