We do the same as Okoboji. Each building has a sub user. Then in each is a
home profile for them for teachers to drop files into.

We have a few long term subs that we give the teachers user name and
password and the short term I go to the classroom and log them in as the
teacher.

Okoboji has a substitute account for each building. It gives them access to the
Internet, public drives and printers and that is about it. Teachers are told to
save any files the sub needs access to on their public folder.
