Now that Tonga appears to have extended their schedule on 1017kHz we’re able to
hear things we couldn’t before.
One is English news at sometime before 1245utc:

maybe, but can't really get any hint of language. Maybe others will have more
success. Any type of audio at all here from Tonga is quite unusual.

The Tonga Broadcasting Commission which I think is 1017khz at 10KW within
the last year or so, launched a new website at www.tonga-broadcasting.net
And sometime in the last 3 to 4 months, launched streams for two of it's
services, TV T

Big carrier on 1017 at 0600 UT, audio is limited to "yes it's a woman talking"
so far. Not much sign of any other Pacific Island stations.
