That could be. I wasn't sure what Outlook 9 was, Office 2000, XP or 2003.
I would assume there would be an auto complete someplace, if not in Jaws
then in his version of Outlook.

I don't believe this would have any effect in Outlook 2000 which is what the
poster is referring to. It is not a Jaws issue - the feature does not exist
in Outlook 2000.
