If I have a number of unread messages in my In Box, and delete one of those

messages, sometimes they all go into the delete folder, and I have to go to that
folder to read them. Is there any way to fix outlook, or jaws, so that only one

Shift+F10 IS NOT a JAWS command; but works with any screen-reader. It is
a Windows keyboard command that enables the context or right-click menu.

Even easier than shift + F10 is pressing the 3rd key right of the space bar,
AKA the key just to the right of the windows key. I've found this application
key extremely helpful in all programs.

Go into the folder itself, activate the ribbons, left arrow until you arrive
to the folder tab and tab until you hear delete and press enter.

It's the application key you want. On a standered keyboard it is between the
right windows key and the right control key.
