Configuration lost when using a pipeline script from scm

Hi, I am having some trouble with pipelines job configuration. I define some job configuration like build triggers etc and then a load my pipeline script from scm. Any time a build is triggered all the configuration are lost except for the pipeline SCM details. Anyone having the same issue? -
