It seems the bug has been resolved, at least from what I observed. Your hint at
the time when the render crashed was conclusive. I removed the doubtful mp4
clip and replaced it by a new one mpeg-2 rendered

the clip starting at 33 sec in the timeline is an animation of a photograph
generated and rendered into an H264 clip by 'Synfig studio'

Your project is 1440p 18fps. Do you have a special clip around 33seconds in the
timeline?

My question was if you run Kdenlive with the AppImage. If not please do so.
If you run the AppImage already please upload the mlt-script here for further

I'm not sure whether I understand your request. My bug report was based on that
version with exactly that sha256 checksum. So, please, let me know what new I
