Or moved to the corresponding VD on the 2nd screen. Same issue with the VLC
media player, but here I haven't observed a flickering yet.

When I use instead
`mpv --vo=gpu ~/Videos/foo.webm` the video does not flicker but stays still,
showing only the current frame of the time when the video was dragged.
