For me, the problem has been resolved on Kubuntu 19.04 and the Ideapad
330-15ARR. I have the kernel 5.0.0-13-generic. I just needed to block
front-right microphone in pavucontrol and it works fine.

The dumb thing is: it was working! For a while.
Then I updated the BIOS to the 1/2/2019 7VCN46WW version to see if the
`ivrs_ioapic` parameter was still required for the touch pad issue, and
now the microphone stopped working again! :(
Using the stock cosmic 4.18.0-16-generic kernel.
