MAN! I got a chance to fly an RV-8 yesterday. It felt as NATURAL as
can be, Easy and responsive. I have yet to be able to fly a KR2. Can
anyone tell me how the KR compares to the RV in its flight characteristics?
Thanks.
See y'all at the Gathering!--

Well, you'll probably see N56ML there. It's been quite a while since I've
had a "twenty dollar" pancake! I've been cooped up working
Mark is a great guy and is really working to put Marion on the fly-in
map. Hope to see a bunch of KR's at the brand new 5M9 Saturday.

I have a KR1 project with a VW installed for sale. It is not complete
Neal,, Thanks for trying to contact me. I did however find a set right here
in New England. I appreciate the effort. As I progress on this project I
shall be posting more queries and perhaps we shall meet again!

The seat was a 2 stage process.
First I made a pair of ply formers and mounted them in a frame
Then I glued in 3 pieces of 2" foam and sanded them to the formers
Then I glassed the sanded surface
then I removed it from the frame and turned it over, resetting it so that
the foam was about 3/8"
I have a KR1 project with a VW installed for sale. It is not complete but I
do have all the logs if you know of anyone interested. It was donated to my
High School Aircraft Technology program by the daughter of one the original
builders. We need the operating money way more than we need the
