Note:
in exploring the issue as I wrote the initial report.. I opened
Desktop.Settings (right click background with aim of selecting another
wallpaper)
I'm now getting lots of black flashes on the box... which look like
graphics issues with the nvidia card.. (nouveau related?) I'd
normally
A Friend just contacted me over email to let me know that in 20.04 this
is still an issue for them...
I am unsure how they got the error message for this, but here is a
screenshot they sent me.
The error message reads

Dolphin crashes when I try to eject a DVD (right-click on DVD name in
Devices panel, then select Eject) and that DVD's folder is being viewed
in Dolphin.
If I click on any other folder, and then try to eject the DVD, that
works.
Presumably, viewing the DVD in Dolphin

Kubuntu 20.04: System freeze upon session
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Whenever I shutdown, restart or lock my session, the OS becomes
unresponsive. I can still access ttys and shutdown successfully from
there. It might have something to do with my RTX 2060s graphics card,
but I remember installing the latest drivers.
