somewhere between 2 and 12 other replies, some of which were actually

Privately, so as not to clog the list even more.
Sometimes you are right that people don't read all replies in the
thread before responding. I've got an email program that sorts mail
so that this is easy to do (Eudora) but I know many use inferior
email programs ;-)
However, the time lag on
