This translates the remaining code-comments of the
writer/sw/source/ui/app directory from german to english.
The approach here is to do this once and for all. I didn't leave
any german comments I could find. I did my best to preserve all
the information. But I _don't_ have semantical insight or

You tried to say that the changes you made are in your local repo, right? If
not, there are no reasons to send again for the mailing list. These are big
files to review, the probability of anyone read is too small, just do your
job, it's great. :
