Following deletion of the Libre Office v4 folders on the G: drive and running
CCleaner to clean the registry Libre Office v5 installed with no problems.

Thank you for your extremely prompt feedback. I have downloaded the 64bit
version and uninstalled the v5 32bit installation. During this time I noticed
that the v4 help facility was still present

So just realized, by the HASH value you posted, you were installing the 32-bit
build. My WFM was with the 64-bit build. Perhaps uninstall and see if the
64-bit
