You can make these changes to the corresponding ttpci files as far as
I understand...

Thanks for the answer Tim!
That's a good point - I do have a switch. I will try bypassing it but
do you still send the diseqc commands or I have to get rid of them?

Yes, I have the Skystar HD2 tuning to DVB-S2 transponders using the
replacement szap.c mentioned on the wiki page, then listing the
channels using 'scan -c -a ' to prove proper reception, all using
the current mantis tree. No hacks were needed, it works out of the box

Hello all,
I just bought a Cinergy DT USB XS Diversity and a Cinergy CI usb. The
Cinergy DT USB XS Diversity seems to be supported under linux (haven't tried
it yet though) but the Cinergy CI usb isn't supported under linux.
Is it a lot of work to create a driver for it to make it work under linux?

Hi,
I am curious to find out if anybody is able to use Twinhan/Azurware VP-1041 with
the mantis drivers to tune to standards other than DVBS - DVBS2 and DSS?
Thanks,

Hello folks,
I'm new to the list, and I subscribed mainly because I'm having a
problem compiling the v4l-dvb drivers.
I have a pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick and that is working fine using the
em28xx drivers from mcentral.de.

I wonder if anyone can help me - I have had a working NOVA T-500 setup

Hi Hartmut,
I noticed you had a bit to do with implementing this card.
With a fresh install of ubuntu 7.10 (kernel i386 2.6.22-14-generic),
the card is auto recognised as: Kworld DVB-T 210 (card=114)
However, tda1004 firmware does not load.
Used download-firmware, placed dvb-fe-tda10046.fw

Im forwarding this email as suggested by LinuxSA mailing list

Here's a scan file for Emley Moor with the correct frequencies and tuning

a -133kHz or so offset, and without the correct QAM parameters. Probably my

No, it was checked with a digital receiver. Everything is fine. I've
tried 2 transponders.
I'm trying AM2 - 80e, 11044 H,

It appears that the driver is the AF9015 which is unsupported at the moment.
Quite a few devices appear to use this driver, is anyone planning on
supporting it anytime soon?
Looks like I'll be returning this one anyway, I'll get one that I know works.

It looks like there is a driver, it's just not official yet, I'll try
that and see
what happens.

There's no 4 services Aston. The prices approximately as follows:
Smit:
4 services - 300 USD
6 services - 350 USD
8 services - 400 USD
Aston:
2 services - 200 USD
12 services - 850 USD
The prices have little difference by encryption system.
More over, 8 services Smit CAM decryption drops out
Reverted registers. No difference. Low SR - fine.
High SR - no lock.
