I exported Garst's scriptone.lyx as tex. I got a file with a couple thousand
~'s. Is this supposed to happen?

using lyx1.0.3 there is a bug when exporting an inserted url as latex,
the exported code looks like
\url|http://www.lyx.org|, but instead of vertical bars it should be {}.
Otherwise links will not work
with latex2html.
Hope someone can change this.
