I have had some luck with reading braille in nisus writer pro. It depends a
little on the formating, and if it is 6 or 8 dots braille.

an input device for either Macbook or iPhone so its only a hop, skip and a jump
to read eBraille files if an App is n't available though no

The problem with these files generally is that they aren’t intended to be read
by most programs. It’s much easier to read them on a Braille notetaker or
Braille display with some file storage abilities, like the Braille Edge from
Hims.
