This should be in Safari settings.
First change to the web sites in the toolbar.
Then there is a table that lists various services like location, microphone.
Find downloads in this table and then below the second table there is a popup
for what to do for non-configured sites… Look for the words
True. This will move to the first form element on the web page.
I prefer moving to the first Heading, because this generally moves to the
beginning of a content area, rather than somewhere in the middle of a content
area.
