I'd say it's a software issue. It happens to me but only from time to
time, but I couldn't isolate the exact cause. I'm sure it depends on

I do not recall ever having any problems unlocking my N800.
As long as I press the correct button.
I purchased a used one a few months ago, and the center button is just
proud enough to extend out to make it easily used without touching the
