No module named setuptools.py

Sorry abhilash, next time I will make sure I include the stack trace along
with the commands. Yes, setuptools.py is installed in my virtual
environment and I specified the python3.4 path with the -p argument while
creating the virtual env to install mailman.
Turns out my virtualenv had setuptools
I got following error
E: Unable to locate package python-devel
E: Unable to locate package python3-devel
E: Unable to locate package python3-virtualen
when I tried to execute the command sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
python-devel python-virtualenv python3-devel python3-virtualenv git bzr

The packages are probably named python-dev, python3-dev and
python3-virtualenv.
