I really do appreciate taking time to help me.
Yes. I've stopped and started Apache - several times in fact. I read
through the INSTALL, README and README.POSTFIX file several times
before I even began the installation process, and followed the INSTALL
file along during the install.

the CGI-Script again and this time it came back and
gave me an error on my webpage that the script was executed as group
daemon rather than group nobody. In the process of fixing this.
