According to the migration guide, this means that I have include the
mapscript.php that I build? i.e.
/usr/local/src/mapserver-7.4.3/build/mapscript/phpng/mapscript.php in every
script that I start right ?

If you are trying to compile the new MapScript support through SWIG, for
PHP7, then you should use "–DWITH_PHPNG=ON", as described at
https://mapserver.org/installation/php.html#build-install-the-php-mapscript-module

We have quite a strange filter behavior.
We have a layer (relying on PostGIS data and with multine geometries)
containing several classes with some of them having multiple STYLE tags.
Something like:
CLASS
NAME "Ouvrages d'art"
EXPRESSION "Ouvrages d'art"
STYLE
