have my ITIL Foundations Certificate. The class was given by IBM and the test
was graded and certificates issued by a college in Canada. I think now you can
get about any certificate you want for less. I know some guys
I didn't think so after looking over some of the test prep stuff. Mostly looks
like procedural sort if things, many of which are common sense things.

Work sent a bunch of us to a 3 day ITIL V3 foundations course a year or two
ago. They covered a lot of ground, but it's mostly learning the terminology.
We had 100% pass rate for 40 people - can't be too hard. No one has gone on
to the other certs that I know, so can't comment on them.

Passed (790 out of 900) but found this part tougher than the first section.
Mainly because there was a lot of stuff on Vista, which I have never worked
with, especially the directory structures. That was probably what pulled my
