Any idea if Micromax has launched an update for its Canvas A116 phone. Last
update / release in my phone is 4.2 (JB). If the answer is yes, then please
advise regarding the steps to be followed to update the phone OS to 4.4 or 5.

No there is no update after 4.2 JB since now.
