1. Downloaded libgdiplus and mono 2.6.4
2. for each of them
./configure
at this point you will need to install a few more packages, until configure

3. make
4. make install

$ make uninstall && make clean
$ make get-monolite-latest
$ ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr
$ make
But nothing helps. Every time the same error:
