FAKE. The signature is fake and so is the poster. I've studied Bogart's
signature for years and early in his career he lifted his pen for the capital
"H" in "Humphrey." After about 1939-40, his capital "H" was a single
flamboyant stroke. And he always signed vertically and not at a slant.
