Your current PIII has a VGA card now, right? So you can get the OS up-and-running with that. Then add a PVR-350 and get X running on it (because at only 800 MHz the hardware decoder will help with MythTV) then you can remove the VGA card if you want. This would make an OK box for NTSC, so start
