I recently bought US Robotics 3com PCI 5610A modem. I have been in contact w/US Robotics and I inquired about this modem. They have a model 5610 which is a winmodem but they tell me that the 5610A is a hardware modem. ($70 to $90) I had it up and running for about a week and then I kept gettin

well just wanted peeps to know that there is a 56K externel modem at OfficeMax for 30 bucks that works with linux if you want to try it i just got it a few days ago and it works fine its a newcom
