This method has incorrect results when run on Windows. It is expected to
generate folder names compatible with Unix-like target machines, but by
using File.getParent it will actually be influenced by the host machine
OS type. This results in baseDir being set to a style that will not work
on Unix-l

The builders are in 1.1 which is what we need to make this beautiful. As
autovalue builders are also the way to go forward, this seems to be the minimum
we need.

Just one comment: In the domain objects, google auto already guarantees
immutability, but when there are lists, we have to make sure they are immutable
too. Change all `create` methods that receive lists, and use
