John, the problem with cropping all of the original message is that you lose
all context for the reply. I have no idea what your reply is in reference
to (since I must have deleted the original message). It's always a good
idea to leave just enough of the original message so that list readers kno

see anymore I'll turn on debug logging, and also try to send you a copy of a
message that triggers the log entry.

Set your LOGDETAIL to DEVDEBUG
This will give us information about where in the program this error may be

Yes, when I issued new keys I guessed at the number of messages users were
processing because no one sent me any statistics.
If you could run the NoxAdmin app then cut and paste the statistics page and
send it to me off list, I'll make sure you get the proper license code.
