This bird was at the Peninsula today. I did not see the bird but am passing on
reports from other places. Did not get reported for some reason. Same as with
the one in Greenwood Cemetary on Tuesday. Also did not hit the list. Not sure
why.

Pelham Bay Park, Bronx, 5/5/13 8:00 AM- Noon
It was a beautiful day for a walk in the park and the lack of migratory species
didn't dampen the spirits of the fifteen lovely people that attended.
We searched the area around the City Island traffic circle, an area called "The
Meadow," Turtle
I decided to trek into Maple Swamp this morning. I accessed the property at the
south end of Pleasure Drive near where it meets CR-104.
While many of the common breeders are in, the undoubted highlight was 33 RED
CROSSBILLS, all of which were seen in loose groups and flocks (14,2,5,2,7,3).

I'm wondering if anyone has information on upcoming trips to Slide Mountain or
other Catskill sites for Bicknell's Thrush or if any groups need monitoring
assistance on a day or weekend in June.
